The first of two Tarja albums to be released in 2016, 'The Brightest Void' includes several high-profile featured artists - Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Michael Monreo of Hanoi Rocks and Alissa White-Gluz from Arch Enemy/The Agonist. The album was mixed by Tim Palmer (Pearl Jam, U2) and features covers of Muse, Sir Paul McCartney and Shirley Bassey. Despite a long career as the leading star in symphonic metal, Tarja describes her 2016 output as her 'heaviest to date'.  One of the top names in symphonic metal, with her first album in three years.
