We pride ourselves on auctioning only the highest grade records and items, you will not see anything listed here below EX+ condition, unles the item is extremely rare. You will not see worn covers, warped records or scratched records. We simply do not bother with them.

We list in many cases, 'Archived' & 'mint' condition items, we are able to source from private collections all over the UK. So we hope you can be put at ease that what you are bidding on is of the highest quality.

We play through most of the records, unless the item is clearly mint, or sealed..in which case we don't play them, thus maintaining their 'unplayed' status!  Obviously with some of these rare items there will be the odd 'anomoly' along the way , the odd little static pop or lead in 'sizzle' for a split second.. nothing is perfect we find! all systems differ, but we aim to describe these as accurately as possible for you.... PLEASE ENJOY THIS ITEM YOU ARE NOW LOOKING AT..

As you can see, this vinyl is the SUPER RARE -1 -1 MATRIX PRESS-

Stored from new this LP has seen INCREDIBLY TWO plays only, and remains in SUPERB AS NEW CONDITION

FINDING THESE -1 -1 MATERIX COPIES ARE VERY RARE INDEED.. ALSO NOTED FOR THE HEAVIER VINYL.. NOT THIN AND FLIMSY LIKE LATER EXAMPLES OF THIS LP.. THIS IS A STUNNING DELUXE 1973 PRESS THAT CANNOT BE BEATEN!

This pressing has retained its amazing glossy sheen and finish.

 THERE IS NO DULLING WEAR OR MARKS OF ANY NOTE AT ALL

There are  a few light whisp lines,  and thats it-  nothing else!  no scratches or marks that spoil the vinyl.

BEST OF ALL- on checking through we were over joyed with what we heard..a stunning listen!!!

On playing through we heard the tiniest of lead in static in the dead grooves..IT REALLY IS THAT GOOD  THE QUIET ACOUSTIC TRACKS ARE INCREDIBLE.

OVERALL THIS IS AS GOOD AS IT GETS

Correct  first UK issued earliest sleeve  -with the THIN spine.. & titles on top edge and spine -later copies were spine only and a squarer spine finish too

WELL AS WE ALL KNOW THIS SLEEVE IS A NIGHTMARE TO FIND IN DECENT CONDITION..Especially as so many suffer white rub and wear and damage to the spine

WE HAVE HERE AN ABSOLUTE BEAUTY!

 This is in superb clean condition with no ring wear or white scuffing (where so many suffer)

The edges are all super clean with just the tiniest of traces of tip rub, and all colours and inks remain in outstanding condition

Just  couple of tiny spider lines on the top edge and one light crease on the spine top, with a very very light line at the spine bottom

BUT...THE FINISH IS OUTSTANDING..THE BLACK INKS ARE SPECTACULAR

No powdery white ringwear - the tiniest ring press ring press, and all edges are super crisp.

The spine edge is totally unmarked with no wear or squash. ALL LEGENDS ARE PERFECT

The open edge remains in sharp condition -THE TITLES ON THE TOP EGDE ARE IMMACULATE

 

We cannot add any more than this! ITS A BEAUTY! EASILY AS GOOD AS WE HAVE EVER AUCTIONED.

 

THE INNER SLEEVE   MINT- 

THICKER EDITION TEXTURED CARD INNER WITH THUMB GROOVE & SINGLE CORNER CUT ..Only the first issue had this thicker inner, and the corner cut, most are rounded corners and thinner textured paper.

this one is stunning.. no damage or wear at all bar one tiny blister on the bottom middle seam.
