Up for auction is a copy of Prince and the Revolution's legendary 12" vinyl 33RPM double album, "1999". This record is from my personal collection, purchased when it was first released in 1982. I am not a professional record dealer or grader, but I would say that the record is in very good condition; there are handling marks, slight surface scratches and a small mark that looks like a ding or defect (see photo). However, I've recently played it and there were no skips on any parts of the albums. The outer sleeve is in excellent condition with some minor creases and edge wear. The inner sleeves both have splits in the bottom seam and both have crease marks where they were folded in half for an extended period of time.
