For sale is Bob Dylan's The Times They Are A-Changin', released by Columbia Records in 1963-64 . This record is an original first pressing of an iconic album. In the dead wax between the label and the last track are the matrix #'s 1B/1B, signifying it's an early release. I bought this used, played it and immediately put it away in a new inner sleeve.  I always put all my records directly into a protective inner sleeve(s), thus preserving the integrity of the insert(s) and the original inner sleeve(s). The insert is Excellent with a slight crease in the corner and a small tear at the bottom.  I just replayed this five minutes ago, as a request from an interested viewer, to check for any surface noise and have degraded the vinyl from my original Near Mint grading and reduced the price accordingly. The vinyl is graded as VG+ because of an occasional pop or tick and some surface noise most noticeable during the quiet passages. The cover is conservatively graded as VG+ because of a split seam at the top corner and some minor shelf rubs. The spine is Near Mint.  It's been played only on Audiophile equipment and still has a lot of life yet. This is still one of the best copies of this album that I've ever seen or heard, and you would be hard pressed to find one in this condition, especially with an intact insert, ever again. This is one of the rarest of Dylan records. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection. I have more albums listed in my Ebay store. Please take a look. They're all Near Mint. Thanks for looking at my listing.    I've been collecting records for about 50 years now and have always cleaned them and put them away carefully in plastic inner sleeves. Over the years I've used Dust Bugs, Disc Washers and have finally invested in a professional VPI record cleaning machine. Now that I'm retiring, I'm selling my very esoteric collection. I'm not a professional grader of records, but will use record guides, as well as my personal experiences as a basis of my grading all records. Since grading is subjective, I will be conservative. I offer discounts for multiple sales. Photos are of the actual item for sale, not a stock photo. Please review all descriptions and photos because I do not accept returns. Thank you for looking!
