Grading Guide
M (Mint) : New vinyl, perfect sleeve
NM (Near-Mint) :  Vinyl shows the lightest of wear - clean vinyl with just one or two spots.  Sleeve clean but maybe has a ring impression or touches on the corners/edge.
EX (Excellent) : vinyl shows just light wear - some scuff spots and maybe a couple small lines. 
VG+ (Very Good+) : Most of my vinyl falls near here.  Vinyl shows some wear with scuffing or light lines, but no lines deep enough to feel with a finger.  Might have some surface noise.  Sleeve has shelf wear: some light corner, edge, ring wear, and a few light edge crushes.
VG (Very Good) : Vinyl shows obvious wear - has scuffs, fingerprints, and lines - might have a couple lines that can be felt with a finger.  Should play with surface noise in places.  Sleeve has some splits starting, chipping, light bends and corner wear.
G (Good) : Vinyl shows a lot of wear and has scratches you can feel but has some playability left. Sleeve has bending, splitting, etc. Does the job but probably best as a wall-hanger.
P (Poor) : Non-playing record because the vinyl has that much damage (scratches or warping).  Sleeve is there but damaged - has rips, bends, splits, writing, surface wear, etc.
