Terms of sale 

All items are sent signed for and recorded delivery, and we only send to the address on the Paypal invoice this means that both I the seller and you the buyer are covered with Paypal should the package go missing, we will only send records signed for, it means our postage costs may seem slightly higher than other sellers but it does mean you're covered. We insure every package, we've never had any issues but if the item arrives damaged we can replace it or issue a refund. 

All of our stock is also for sale in our physical store plus our eBay and Amazon outlets too this means sometimes we may not have all of your order in stock, but don’t panic! We should be able to order in more from our wholesaler and if not, no worries you can buy something else with the credit in your account or we can send a refund. 

Delivery: We bulk dispatch once a week (Dispatch day can change sometimes due to public holidays) Once your order is fulfilled the status of the order is changed to “Shipped” then you know that your order is on route. 

We grade all of our brand new items as mint, from the latest releases through to the reissues & re-presses. As most of what we stock is specialist underground music a lot of it is released with generic (plain white/ black) covers and sleeves, if this is the standard packaging to go with a particular release then this will also be graded as mint.
