UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS
We ship via U.S. Postal service to the address on the Paypal receipt. If you want the item shipped to an alternate address. you need to make sure you change the "Ship To" address prior to completing your Pay Pal payment. We pack our items very carefully, with whatever is needed to ensure a safe, secure trip, however we still insure everything we ship. If by chance your item arrives and has been damaged during shipping, we will start the insurance claim. When the post office responds you may have to provide pictures or possibly take the item, with the shipping box and all the packaging it came with to your local post office for the claim to be processed. So make sure not to throw anything away until the claim processing is completed

We ONLY ship Priority Mail International via the United States Postal Service so all packages can be Tracked, Insured and have Delivery Confirmation. I am sorry it is so expensive. PLEASE make sure to check shipping rates and agree to them before you bid. Because this is an Ebay sale we have to mark all custom forms as merchandise so they can be properly insured through the post office. I am sorry but we can not undervalue our items, on custom forms. or mark them as gifts. Doing that is against U.S. and International Law.
