MINT:Brand new and unplayed, straight from the factory  

NEAR MINT:Virtually unplayed, no visible wear  

EX:Minor surface wear that shouldn't affect play at all  

VG:Some surface wear, might crackle a bit  

GOOD:Serious surface wear, will definitely skip  

FAIR:Basically unplayable, only for the serious collector
