   For sale is a Bunch Of Stiff Records, released in 1977 by Stiff Records. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks are the matrix numbers of A-1/B-1, followed by an etched "A Porky Prime Cut". This indicates that a first stamper was used to make this first edition and it was mastered by engineering genius George "Porky" Peckham. These are both hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering that have produced some of the most superior sounding records, sought after by collectors and music lovers alike. I bought this record new, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. The inner sleeve is Near Mint. The cover is graded as VG because of ring wear, corner blunts, stress cracks along the edges and shelf rubs. The spine has color loss from these stress cracks and rubs. The vinyl is visually graded as Excellent because of very faint sleeve marks that most people would call Near Mint. The vinyl is play graded as Near Mint, possibly on of the best sounding albums I have ever heard. You would be hard pressed to find one in this condition ever again. I have more Punk and New Wave records, as well as albums of all different genres in my Ebay store. Please take a look. Most of them are Near Mint.
