   For sale is Gordon Lightfoot's Summertime Dream, originally released in 1976 by Reprise Records, a division of Warner Brothers Records. The record has the original all-tan (dull orange) labels with the steamboat and the ":r" logo in a box at the top. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks are the matrix numbers LW-6/LW-4, indicating that an earlier stamper was used to make this first edition. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put the record into a MFSL archival inner sleeve. This protects the integrity of the vinyl and any original inner sleeve(s) or insert(s) that may have come with the release. The inner sleeve is graded as Near Mint Minus because of some minor wrinkles. The cover is graded as Excellent because of some faint ring wear and corner blunts. The spine is Near Mint. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint Minus because of a few faint sleeve marks. I'm play grading it as Near Mint Minus because of an occasional pop and some very low level surface noise, most noticeable during the quiet sections. It's been played only on Audiophile equipment since I've owned it and still has a lot of life yet. This would make a great addition to anyone's collection.
