About the Composer: 
Justin Hurwitz is an American composer and screenwriter, known for scoring the film La La Land. He also scored Damien Chazelle's two other features, Guy and Madeline on a Park Bench and Whiplash.
For La La Land, he won the Golden Globe Awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song (for "City of Stars'). He also won the BAFTA Award for Best Film Music and is currently nominated for three Academy Awards: Best Original Score and Best Original Songtwice (for "Audition (The Fools Who Dream)" and "City of Stars").
