  The thin, non laminated Europan style flipback cover has aged quite well:

despite general wear, a few creases and a small stamp on front and back

it is in collectable condition

all of this way down below the level of the music

All gradings are based on thorough visual inspection and a full audition. The standard scale applies (M*, NM, VG+, VG).  As a rule Near Mint (NM) is my highest grade.  * I don't believe in Mint (M) and will only use it in the exceptional case when absolutely sure to deal with an item from unplayed and untouched stock.
