Defective Items: If you receive a defective item you have 30 days from the date of receipt to exchange the item through hollywoodguitars.com. After 30 days you will be required to obtain warranty service through the product manufacturer. hollywoodguitars.com will not accept returns of defective items after 30 days under any circumstances - You will be referred directly to the product manufacturer for warranty service.
