VINYL is Very Good+. Both sides have some scuffs and light hair-like scratches. Not many and faint. The vinyl can almost be rated as excellent, but not quite. Both sides have clean and retro Laurie labels. Both sides maintain a beautiful shine. The record plays Very Good+ to Excellent. No skips. Very little surface noise. Most tracks have no surface noise at all. Some pops are heard in the dead wax areas between songs. The most audible of these would be between Runaround Sue and Somebody Nobody wants. This 56 year- old piece of vintage vinyl sounds warm and nostalgic in Mono.
COVER is Very Good+. It remains 'tight'. The front photo still has vibrant colors. Both front and back still maintain a gloss. Very little ring wear is visible. The spine is in great condition. The white background of the back cover has no staining or discoloration. It does, however, have a section that's 'peeled' in the lower left corner, as seen in one of the above photos. The upper seam has wear, also shown above, but is not split. A light crease/ wrinkle runs near the words Runaround Sue on the front. Very faint. The original Woolworth price sticker is still attached in the front's upper right corner, as pictured.
One of those rare records in which every song is fantastic! Classic Dion.
