PLEASE NOTE: I WILL
ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER
BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS
(NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
Ultra rare Pink Floyd collectors' lot with an original 1987 US Columbia pressing of Momentary Lapse Of Reason with a two-sided in-store promotional display measuring 12" X 12" and dated 1988!. LP side 1 is a beautiful VG++ and side 2 is a gorgeous near mint minus. Cover is VG+/VG++ with just a hint of ring. Includes original printed inner sleeve with full lyrics. I purchased the promotional in-store display from a former Tower Records (R.I.P.) store manager who told me 99% of these displays were either tossed after they were displayed or never displayed at all and then tossed. Staff saw them as disposable swag and as a result VERY few survived. Rare as hens' teeth.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF USE VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
