Payment: Payment is due via PayPal within 2 days.

Damages & Returns: Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund.  If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued once we have the item back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund the original cost of postage.

Combined Shipping: Shipping cost is bases on weight and location. We gladly combine shipping to give you the lowest possible price. If you order two or more items, we will send you an invoice with the shipping combined. Simply use the Buy It Now option but stop before submitting payment; and we will then invoice you.
