Very rare item, only known copy to exist.

The insert shows a short, stocky, boy-ish man-child wearing a brown shirt and a very strange look on his face that in my eyes indicates he might have just had an accident in his pants with also are brown, albeit in a slightly darker shade than the shirt.
The music is very harsh, industrial noise but the vocals sound like the lamenting of a broken and sad infant. I could understand some of the lyrics which are in German but with a very broad Austrian accent which makes them very difficult to understand.
