I have played the item and graded accurately using the Discogs grading guide.
Recently cleaned, I grade the condition as follows:
Vinyl - grade M-
Outer sleeve - grade VG+ - does have some spine wear as shown in image 11
Inner sleeve - grade M-
Also comes with high quality plastic lined inner sleeve and plastic outer cover
