Cuban records from the50s or 60s are rarely in EX condition, please have this into consideration (45sare even in worst shape since most of them came out of Jukeboxes) …I am grading most of them as G+, VG and VG+ but again this is very subjective....you won’t find many Cuban from 50s or 60s in the current market if you are only looking for EX or MINT condition.
