Ibrahim Hussein Darwish – Prism Music Unit (Prism Music Unit, Egypt, 1976)
Released under the supervision of Ibrahim Darwish, the famous oud player, this rare double LP alternates Egyptian songs from the 40's / 50's / 60's / 70's and teachings by Abdel Aziz ِEnani about music and singing. Three sides are VG+, one looks VG but sounds very good. Notice that Prism Music Unit is the label of the Ministry of Culture of Egypt, a government label that gave the somptuous Cairo Jazz Band "Egyptian Jazz", or Soliman Gamil's, Dr Gohar's, and Magdy el Hosseny's cult records, all manufactured by Sono Cairo.
