This record is in excellent condition. It has just a few very faint spindle marks visible on the labels and no major issues such as stains or scuffs. There are no pen marks and all text is legible.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are free from anything serious but have light signs of use. There is a few thin lines and faint sleeve marks showing and also some superficial 'mottled' areas but nothing major or nasty.

I play tested the record and it played well and produced clear and enjoyable audio in all tracks. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is no serious movement in the record arm with just a slight 'wobble' in the arm/record. This is mild however and has no affect on the audio produced which is excellent throughout. There are no skips, sticks or clicks and no other serious musical issues. It plays well overall with good clarity other than a trace of surface noise in the run in/out.

The generic Streetwave sleeve is in very good condition. It has no splits or tears but has fading, some light creasing and general signs of handling/age. 

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
