There are dents and creases on the corners and the corners are rounded on the four corners on the vinyl sleeve on the front and back cover. I took pictures of all four corners and please see the pictures. On the front of the vinyl sleeve, the four corners on the front have creases and they are rounded and have white on the corners. On the front of the vinyl sleeve cover, the bottom left hand corner is rounded, creased, and it has white on the corner. The top left hand corner has a white spot on the corner. The top and bottom right hand corners have white areas on the corners and they are creased. The back of the vinyl sleeve four corners are rounded too and not perfectly square like the front and they have white corners on the vinyl sleeve. The top left and bottom left hand corners are creased and they have white areas and scuff marks. The top and bottom right hand corners are creased, rounded and have white areas too. The spine of the record sleeve is not perfectly straight. The vinyl is sealed and brand new! I do not consider this 100% mint. There are other areas of imperfections. There are some scratches and tears on the factory plastic.

If this album is purchased on a Saturday after 9am pacific time, it will be shipped on Monday afternoon since the post office is closed on Sundays.

I do not have pets, I do not smoke and it has been kept in a cool climate indoors.
