ULTRA RARE 1967 South African-only first press of the legendary debut album of The Jimi Hendrix Experience entitled Are You Experienced,  pressed on the red Polydor label (BL.51) The pink, black and white sleeve is a unique South African-only cover; the original sleeve was banned due to Apartheid rules at the time.
Sadly, overall, this is really a filler copy - but might mean something to serious Hendrix fans/collectors. The sleeve is strictly graded Fair condition. It’s actually not a bad sleeve but a 3cm piece of the sleeve has been torn mid-way of the opening edge, and right opposite on the other side, a 3cm piece of the spine has been torn. There are some blue pen markings on the from, some light, general wear at the back.
The vinyl is in VG- to possibly VG condition. The labels are in good condition; some wear near spindle hole, small pen initials on one side.

Although a filler copy, this is an extremely RARE LP that is hard to come by.  A great, rare addition for 60’s & more so Hendrix collectors worldwide!!
