VINYL: VG, vinyl itself actually VG+ with just a few light marks, but there's also a dish warp on Side 1 that DOES NOT AFFECT PLAY on my turntable (Technics 1200). 

SLEEVE: Generic -- includes half the original Red Greg label sleeve plus a generic black one.

All records get a new, clean inner sleeve and 3mil poly outer sleeve. Graded carefully under bright light according to Goldmine standards and adapted to eBay grades:  SS/M M- EX VG+ VG G+.
