RETURNS: I do my best to list any item defects in my product description, therefore, I fully stand behind my merchandise and accept returns on most items. Buyer satisfaction is very important to me. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping, and the item must be sent back in the exact same condition as which is was received, packaging fully intact. The return will not be honored if the item is returned to me in worse condition than it was received. Every now and then, I'll sell something "as-is", in which case the return policy will be clearly stated in the description. In most cases, though, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. I just ask that you notify me of any issues before you send the item back.

A few notes on vinyl condition:

I generally don't grade any records mint, since records and packaging sometimes have tiny cosmetic flaws that can one can't see if the shrink-wrap is still sealed. However, I do my best to mention any visible flaws in the item description, so if something isn't mentioned, it probably isn't an issue. I'm happy to give more details on, or send photos of, any item upon request, so please feel free to ask! Please be aware that I don't guarantee sound quality or anything that could be considered a common quirk of vinyl production, as I don't have any control over the manufacturing process. Some pressings are noisier than others, and sometimes a record will have a slight wobble or some other imperfection. It's just the nature of physical media. If something is clearly damaged, though, that's a different story, and I'm totally willing to accept a return on something like that. Thanks for understanding!

Regarding the shipping of vinyl, I'm happy to open the shrink wrap and ship the record outside of the sleeve to prevent splitting. If you don't state a preference, I'll assume you prefer the record remain sealed, in which case, I'm not to be held responsible for any splitting that may occur.

Thanks!
