This record is in excellent condition. There are no pen marks, scuffs or major issues to the labels and only a few very faint and minor spindle marks showing.

As for the vinyl itself both sides are free from anything nasty or major but do have some signs of use and age. There is some light wispy lines in places and minor sleeve/handling marks showing. It still has a nice lustre and has no really heavy signs of use or major marks but has a few lines, light marks and signs of play showing.

I play tested the record and it played well. It lays flat on the deck and upon playing there is no serious movement in the record arm with just a very slight raise noticeable. The sound produced is free of skips, sticks and clicks. It also has nice clarity and overall the audio would certainly match the 'EX' visual grade. There was a trace of surface noise in the run ins and a couple of noises between tracks on side 2 but next to nothing audibly during play. Overall it plays well on both sides and was an enjoyable listen. 

The sleeve is in excellent condition. It has just mild rubbing and wear to the edges and corners with no splits or weak areas. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks and only minor levels of creasing. There is faint ring marks/indentations to both sides however and some very faint age spots or slight discolouring in parts. These issues are all pretty minor however and overall it is a tidy sleeve with just light signs of age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure no further wear occurs to the original during transit.

The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic outer sleeve, within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
