This record is in near mint condition. It has a small cluster of spindle marks visible on both the labels but there are no pen marks, stains, scuffs or fading. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in very nice condition with just the few spindle marks to report. 

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are very clean with a lovely lustre and little to nothing showing in normal light. There is a few faint wispy lines and very minor traces of use showing under bright light but certainly nothing at all serious. Overall it shows little to its playing surface and is in very nice condition.

I play tested the record and it played great. It lays flat on the deck and there is little to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced is excellent with no distortion(caused by excessive use), and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. The vast majority of the audio was very clear with little to no surface noise or interference. The opening intro and quiet parts are all nice and clear with the only light amount of spluttering I noted coming in the very quiet parts of track 3(side 1). These were all minor however and overall the record plays really well with nothing remotely serious to report. 

The sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It has no tears, scuffs, pen marks or other major issues and shows just very light signs of its age. The spine is all legible and there is no heavy or serious wear. There is a few minor areas of slight wear in places however and also a few short creases emanating from the edges. There is no major creasing or serious ring marks though and overall it is a nice tidy sleeve. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.

Its original plain white inner was missing and so the record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement.

It does include its original lyrics insert however. This is in excellent condition with no tears or major issues but has a tiny pen mark on one side and very slight creasing.

It will then be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
