I have no idea if it's a first edition or if there's anything special other than it's the fabulous Roberta Flack and her hit "Killing Me Softly" . The only issue is the tiny bubble-like areas in the plastic seal that cover one side of the album- see photos.
Listed as new because it has never been opened- obviously old stock item.
