Record itself is in good shape, plays VG. The record has many scratches and scuffs but plays through without an issue, and not too much surface noise. 
Sleeve is very rough, there is some tearing in the bottom right corner of the front. It appears that the in the past someone glued some split seams as the record no longer completely fits inside jacket. Seams are now completely split. Name written in pen in top right corner and on Side B of record. All of this can be seen in the pictures.
