- The cover slick was glued onto random 45 sleeves, this one being "Jaye P. Morgan" (see picture for back of sleeve)

Jacket: VG- Color on front looks VG+ , some mild staining and mild fade scuffs in some areas. Lots of edge wear and mild splitting (see pic). Back cover shows a bit more wear than the front, small price sticker on back, some pen marks. If you were to frame to cover you wouldn't see the other blemishes.
