Vinyl is in excellent condition on both sides. Would grade as EX+++
Audio. Plays perfect on both sides. Would grade as near mint.
Outer Sleeve has some shelf wear,slight corner creases. Would grade as VG++ (Please note the white line on the front cover is part of the cover picture and not a mark.See Pic 2)
