beautiful picture disc in clear heavy plastic sleeve.
Doubt this disc was ever played, I will give
the whole package a rating of NM. 
3) Party Party - PROMO - Jacket is EX,
promo stamp on back, sleeve is
plain white, not slit, vinyl is VG+ to NM. 4)URGH! A Music War - White Label
PROMO EP - Plain white jacket has some
smudges, sleeve is plain white, not  slit, vinyl looks VG+. Features Devo,

My Collection: I acquired most of this vinyl between 
1979 - 1983 when I worked at the record store. My  records have always been very well stored, most 
in protective plastic sleeves. I have not had a  turntable for over 15 years, so I cannot guarantee
 every track is defect free, I can only tell you that I 
handled my records with obsessive care when I 
did have a turntable, and defects are 
highly  unlikely. The grades in this listing 
are visually  inspected under bright light only.
I do not send rare records via Media Mail. 
Apologies for the expense, but I have had a
