The condition of the overall magazine is Very Good 
The cover is in Excellent condition as seen in pics... price sticker top left.. crease bottom right
The magazine has age discolouration please see pics
The spine fold is in Excellent 
The inside of the magazine (in between the front and back cover) is overall in Excellent
Some pages may have slight edge tears 
This magazine has always been stored flat - has light age discolouration on pages
