These
records are in excellent condition. There are no obvious spindle marks on the labels and certainly no scuffs, pen marks, stains, fading or any other issues. All the text is clear and bright and overall both labels are in really nice condition.
As for the vinyl itself both records have a lovely lustre and show nothing at all major. Record 1 would be a solid EX- visually, whilst record 2 would be a solid EX+.
Record 1 has a few light sleeve scuffs in places, some light wispy lines and minor signs of handling. There is also few other minor marks or lines but nothing extreme, major or that can be felt. Record 2(Demonstration) show minimal signs of use with just a couple of faint sleeve 'scuffs' showing.
I
play tested
both the records and they both played well with enjoyable audio throughout. They both lay flat with little
to no movement in the record arm upon playing. The
sound produced on record 2 would be closer to a grade of NrM. It plays really well excellent clarity for an acoustic album. It has traces of surface noise in places but certainly nothing much.
Record 1 also plays very well and would be a solid grade of 'EX' audibly. Side 1 plays with a nice quiet run in and just a fraction of surface noise in the intro to track 1. It then plays great to the end of side 1 with nothing more than the most minor amount of light surface noise in places. Side 2 is much the same as side 1 but it has 2 pops followed by 3-4 light tics at the start of track 4. These are only brief and light but do sound lightly. Other than it plays well and in a similar fashion to side 1, with just odd traces of very light surface noise in parts.
Overall all four sides were thoroughly enjoyable with no serious interference or major issues. There was the few light noises as mentioned on side 2 and trace amount of surface noise on record 1 but certainly nothing major or excessive.
The sleeve is in excellent+ condition. It is numbered 1449. It solid and tidy all round with no splits and has just minor wear/slight rubbing to parts of the edges and corners. There is also a little minor bruising or very slight creasing in parts of the top(record entry) edges. There are no pen marks, tears, scuffs or major issues and hardly any ring marks showing. There is also little to no discolouring, fading or grubbiness. There is also hardly any creasing, with just a fraction on the very top edges as mentioned. Overall a nice tidy sleeve with no serious issues at all and just light signs of age/storage. I have tried to describe the sleeve as best I can but please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.
It contains both its original black inners which are in excellent condition. Both are solid with no splits, tears or pen marks but both have slight ring marks showing and some minor signs of handling(finger prints, light creasing). Both records will be sent in brand new plain white inners to ensure no damage occurs to the originals during transit.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.I hope my photos are comprehensive enough but if you have any questions then don't hesitate to contact me.
