One of the very rarest Top Of The Pops editions, this original 1969 compilation LP hardly ever comes up for sale (although CD reissues can be found on eBay). It’s often forgotten nowadays just how good these re-recordings were, considering the technology available at the time. This is an early red label copy with A1/B1 matrices.

Sleeve Ex In great condition for its age. Some light marks on the reverse.
 
Labels  Ex+ Very clean. No marks or writing. Light to moderate spindle traces.

Inner Brand new polylined bag.

Record  Visually VG+, nice shine to the vinyl. Some light scuffs and hairlines seen in normal light, nothing deep or serious. Fully play-tested and sounds fine throughout – just a few ticks at the end of Side 1 Track 1 and the beginning of Track 2 (caused by a small ‘smudge’!). No sticks or jumps on my deck.
