MY STANDARD SHIPPING PRACTICE:
Records are shipped with the record outside of the jacket (unless, of course, they are sealed), in it's sleeve (a new one provided when necessary).  It is then placed inside a plastic sleeve, and wrapped carefully in bubble wrap.  It is then shipped in a record-shipping box.

RETURN POLICY:
All items are to be regarded as authentic, and described to the best of our ability.  However, if I make a mistake, or miss something, or if you receive an item and it is significantly different than described, simply verify it with a photo or whatever is needed to show me what I did wrong, and I will work with you to resolve the issue -no problem.
All of my records are checked visually. That said, if your record, in spite of our thorough examination, happens to skip, then it is obviously unplayable, and can be returned for a refund.  All Items returned, must please be accompanied with either a delivery confirmation, or a tracking number.  Once we receive the item, in the exact condition in which it was sent to you, we will refund your money.

Since the 'improvement' to Ebay's  feedback system, we have seen numerous attempts at veiled, subtle, not so subtle, and downright hostile threats from bidders trying to extort partial refunds -not wanting to return the item, but simply attempting to get it cheaper.  As a result of this, we will not, under any circumstance, offer a partial refund.  Any attempt to acquire a partial refund, will automatically be regarded as abuse and/or threat, and will immediately be reported to Ebay.   The buyer will then, be blocked from any of our future auctions.
