Good condition. Cover shows very little storage wear. The inner sleeve is signed with messages by the band including Phil signed with a Swastika. Vinnie Paul, Diamond Darrell Lance. and Rex Rocker. Awesome item, when I first took it out of the cover I thought that sucks someone wrote all over it , then realized what I had.
