This record is in near mint condition. It has just a couple of faint spindle marks visible on the labels and there are no pen marks, scuffs or any major issues. There is a few faint minor 'marks' or light areas of age spots on side 2 but these are faint and minor. The centres show no serious wear and are not loose or worn. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in nice condition.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are nice and clean, have a lovely lustre and show little in normal light. There is still little evident when viewed under bright light with a few minor wispy lines but certainly nothing extreme. Overall the vinyl is in really nice shape with very slight signs of use/age but nothing much and certainly nothing obvious.

I play tested the record and it played well throughout. It lays flat, there is next to no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use, and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was minimal amounts of surface noise(a trace in the run ins on each side), and most certainly nothing at all severe. Overall it plays great and was a thoroughly enjoyable listen with audio of nice clarity throughout. 

The fully laminated gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition. It has minimal wear to the edges and corners with the spine all clearly legible. There are no pen marks or ,major tears or scuffs but there is some minor 'scuffs' along the inside top edge of the gatefold. There is also some light discolouring or grubbiness to the inside of the gatefold and some laminate marking to the front and rear. There is no heavy creasing or major issues but there is light ring marks and general laminate marking to both sides. Overall a solid and tidy sleeve with no major issues but a few minor ones I have tried to outline. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible.

Its original inner must have gone missing at some point unfortunately. It contains a plain white inner which is solid with no splits or tears but has some creasing and age related discolouring/age spots. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement inner.

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
