The fragile sleeve has just light creasing and a tiny cut in the opening. Both labels are clean. The disc has some minor marks and plays very close to Near Mint. I reckon one of the best playing copies which is near perfect. Rare in this condition. Most copies played to death on inferior equipment. The record is wet vacuum cleaned and play tested both sides all the way through.
