Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band is the eighth studio album by the English rock band the Beatles. Released on 26 May 1967 in the United Kingdom and 2 June 1967 in the United States, it spent 27 weeks at number one on the UK Albums Chart and 15 weeks at number one in the US. It was lauded by critics for its innovations in production, songwriting and graphic design, for bridging a cultural divide between popular music and high art, and for providing a musical representation of its generation and the contemporary counterculture. It won four Grammy Awards in 1968, including Album of the Year, the first rock LP to receive                              this honour. ALBUM is in Excellent Condition+++ Rarely Played or Handled. GRADING'S


When grading Albums and Singles, the standard UK grading system as defined by Record Collector Magazine is followed.


This the most widely used guide and respected by Collectors Worldwide.


MINT (M) – Record is in brand new condition. The cover and all extra items are present and in perfect condition.


EXCELLENT (EX) – The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. (Always Very Well Looked After)

VERY GOOD (VG) – The Album has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items (without any major defects) is acceptable.
