I am a US seller who began selling on eBay after losing my job, it started with things around the house and then with an emphasis on pop culture media and toys. as you may have gathered from the store name I am a nerd and proud of it.  

All items for sale come from reputable sources, most often directly from the manufacturer. Under no circumstances, will any bootlegs or copies be sold. I sell mostly US releases, but I do sell some Imports as well, mostly from Canada and the UK. Imports will be clearly described as such in their listings along with their associated Region Codes.  No Bootlegs ever......

REGION ENCODING

US Releases will be either Region 1/A (intended for playback in North American players) or Region Free. If there is no Region Code on the back of the case, and it cannot be verified as Region Free, then it will be listed as Region 1/A.

CONDITION

Brand New items are Factory Sealed but may have small tears in the shrink wrap. Any other noticeable imperfections will be described in detail.

Discs will not be loose when shipped, but may come loose in transit. This should not affect playback. New items with loose discs prior to being listed will be opened, secured, and then listed as Like New.

Slipcovers that are not sealed along with the case may have light wear and/or lightly bruised corners.

If a Digital Code is included, there is no guarantee that it has not expired.

PAYMENTS

I do not charge tax at this time, but eBay automatically charges tax in most states.

PayPal is currently the only payment method accepted.

If payment is not received within 3 days after winning an Auction, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened which will require payment within 4 days.

SHIPPING

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Purchases made by 2 PM EST will be shipped the same day. Packages will be dropped off the same day tracking is uploaded, but please allow at least 3 days for the tracking to update.

Blu-rays with a Slipcover, Steelbooks, Box Sets, multiple item orders and international orders are shipped in a box. Additionally, Steelbooks are bubble wrapped. Single Blu-rays with a standard case may ship in either a bubble mailer or box depending on the price point. Most boxes are snug-fitting, but the ones that are not will be completely filled.

Domestic Shipping

Free shipping is included via USPS Media Mail which is an economy service with an estimated delivery window of 2-8 Business Days, but it can take longer. To ensure faster delivery, select USPS First Class or Priority Mail at checkout. A combined shipping discount will be applied to these upgraded shipping services if selected on multiple items.

International Shipping

If international shipping is offered on a listing, it will be provided by eBay's Global Shipping Program. The shipping and import charges are determined by eBay and can be seen in the listing. Packages are shipped to an eBay Shipping Center in the US, and then eBay completes the international portion.

RETURNS

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me first before leaving negative or neutral feedback. Customer service is important to me and I treat buyers the way I want to be treated as one. Just send me a message right away with pictures of the damage and I will promptly resolve the issue for you.

Returns are accepted on New / Unopened items. Free Returns within 30 days are offered on New items. Please try to recycle the mailer the item was shipped in, or use a comparable one.

If a New item has been opened and the disc is defective, a Return will be accepted if it is verified to be defective and is not just a player incompatibility issue.

It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify equipment compatibility before purchasing Blu-rays, including, but not limited to, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray 3D and Region Encoding. Returns will not be accepted on opened items for incompatibility issues.
