Most of the LPs I sell are in "like NEW" or "never played" condition. I try use the description "Like NEW" carefully. I prefer "never played condition," but that is too long for an auction title. 

I do not use vinyl grading systems, like Goldmine which is mostly based on "visual inspection." If I have any doubt as to condition, I test-play on a Revox audiophile linear-tracking turntable.  

And I do not grade album cover condition. If a cover has wear or damage, I will show and describe.  

New archival inner sleeves replace old paper sleeves. (I hate paper sleeves, but will include them where possible.)

No extraordinary cleaning measures have been used--washing, solutions, etc.
