For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single from Bob Marley & The Wailers titled "Who The Cap Fit" b/w "Who The Cap Fit", originally released as a promotional copy in 1976 by Island Records Ltd., made in England, then imported into the United States. I bought this new, when it was first released, and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity for 44 years until today. The original Island sleeve is graded as Very Good Plus because of a small tear and a flap on the inside round hole along with some ink writing.  One side of the labels has green ink writing where someone crossed out "Not For Sale" and put 15c. In the dead wax between the lbels and the end of the tracks, is machine stamped "Sterling", indicating that the record was mastered at Sterling Sound, New York City. This is a hallmark of state-of-th-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound quality. The vinyl is visually graded as Near Mint. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in this condition, especially a promotional first pressing from the original owner. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. Please read all descriptions and look at all pictures, as this is a final sale and I do not accept returns. Thank you for viewing my listing.      I've been collecting records for more that 50 years and always clean them before and after playback to keep them in a pristine condition. I try to describe them to the best of my ability and use record grading guidelines like the Goldmine rating system as reference. Since retiring, I've begun to sell my very esoteric collection via my Ebay store (bobsanalogemporium) and will offer discounts for multiple sales. I always pack the items for sale in an archival inner sleeve, then put them in either a Kraft paper bubble mailer with sturdy cardboards or cardboard record mailers, always with the records separate from the jackets or its original picture sleeve, then sandwiched between sturdy cardboards before shipping. Please read all descriptions carefully and note all pictures before-hand, as I do not accept returns. Please visit my Ebay store for records, 45's, cassette tapes and comics of all different genres. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you viewing my listing.
