Parlophone Records release from 1991, catalogue no. PMTV 2.
To side 1 the catalogue / matrix numbers are PMTV 21, A-2u-1.
To side 2 the catalogue / matrix numbers are PMTV 21, B-1u-1.
To side 3 the catalogue / matrix numbers are PMTV 22, A-2-1.
To side 4 the catalogue / matrix numbers are PMTV 22, B-2-1.
The gatefold sleeve just has the usual minor corner wear, grade EX. 
The inner picture sleeves both have one small faint fold to each corner otherwise as new, grade EX.
Labels are NEAR MINT.
Two sides of the records have a couple of very light marks to each, grade EX.  The two other sides grade as NEAR MINT.  I purchased this not long after it was released, it has been played very few times and has been sitting on a shelf for as long as I can remember.

GRADING:  I grade all my records in line with the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide's 'Grading Ready Reckoner', a universally accepted grading system.  I am very strict, my VG will be many peoples' EX.  I very rarely use MINT and anything listed as NEAR MINT will not have any needle marks. EX grade will only have the very lightest signs of being played.
PACKAGING:  All records are posted in purpose made card envelopes with a stiffner.  The record is removed from the outer sleeve and put in another sleeve for extra protection and to avoid splitting the original sleeve in transport. More valuable record will be boxed for even greater protection.
