A Hard Day's Night by the Beatles.

PCS 3058
YEX 126 1 /YEX 127 1

Sought after UK first press in stereo to the best of my knowledge.

Firstly, the record:

Visually very impressive. Both labels are clean & unmarked with minimal spindle wear indicating a lesser played copy. A few light marks on either side but generally pleasing to the eye with no deep impact damage.
A professional clean wouldn't go amiss because this is an old one but that said it does actually retain some sheen.

I have play tested this record (no *visual testing only* nonsense) & it sounds just as fantastic as it looks. No significant deterioration in sound quality.

Secondly, the sleeve:

Generally really great. Strong clean & undamaged apart from a little edge wear & light corner creases which can probably be largely straightened out over time. Good spine as you can see from the picture.

Further notes:

KT tax code on side B;

Mid size Stereo G & L flipback sleeve.

If you're reading this then you probably already know that yellow & black copies of the first three Beatles records were barely pressed in stereo (I think owing to the expense of the technology) so to find a decent one at a realistic starting price (a similar item is currently listed at £275) with no reserve is a great opportunity!

If my mono copy didn't have sentimental value then I would sell that one & keep this one for myself- it's a really super find which will find a good place in anyone's collection.

I post promptly and securely second class to keep costs down and I sometimes use recycled packaging.

Polite disclaimer:

If you don't have the means to pay for a bid within 48 hours of sale then please let me know before bidding.

Also if you intend making an offer but you have further questions about the items for sale, then you should ask them *prior to making that offer. By making an offer you are committed to the sale should the retailer accept it as per eBay terms and conditions. Sorry to have to mention this but I've suffered some frankly rotten buying etiquette recently.

Domestic or GSP buyers only please.

Check out my feedback, bid with confidence, & thanks for looking
