From my own collection that I'm down-sizing . . .
This is the double vinyl version of Around The Sun. I bought it on release in the UK but looking at it now it seems to be the USA release so maybe the first batch that sold over here were imports.
I've got the album on CD so have mostly listened to that, but I did play this a couple of times when it arrived on mail order to check it was okay etc. Irritatingly in those days the packaging for vinyl being posted out by shops was poor so the sleeve wasn't perfect when it got here and I've shown that in pictures. It's been on shelving ever since.
The sleeve is a gatefold which is in solid cardboard. It has a slight dint top front left, and top right rear there is a crease. When you open it up there's a slight crease on the left side but that's the inside of the front cover, which is fine, so I think it might have come in manufacture from folding the heavy card. Apart from those blemishes it looks excellent with no splits etc.
The inners are both fairly thin paper and are very good with no splits, just a hint of creasing.
The vinyl looks shiny and new. The only thing I can find is one very very slight and barely visible surface rubbing on Side 3. I've put on all the vinyl sides to check and it plays well. The pressing has the sort background noise/crackle you often get in between tracks but it's not noticeable when playing. The only significant thing I could find was on Side 2 a couple of seconds before the music has faded out on the third track there is one pop, but I can't see anything on the vinyl so again probably in the pressing.
To identify the pressing, STERLING in very small print is stamped on the runouts along with etchings: Side A -  78422A RJ Side B -  78422B RJ Side C -  78422C RJ Side D -  78422D RJ
I will package very carefully and send out in the UK by signed delivery which is included in the price, and overseas using the Global Shipping Programme.
