Original A&M Records release from 1996, catalogue no. 540 577-1.  This is a A1-B1-C1-D1 first pressing.  This is NOT the version with the extra track on side 4.  Even comes with the fan club mailer.
Front of sleeve signed by band.
I have owned this record since new.  It was played a couple of times and has hardly been touched since.  As it was 24 years ago, in all round NEAR MINT condition.

GRADING:  I grade all my records in line with the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide's 'Grading Ready Reckoner', a universally accepted grading system.  I am very strict, my VG will be many peoples' EX.  I very rarely use MINT and anything listed as NEAR MINT will not have any needle marks. EX grade will only have the very lightest signs of being played.
PACKAGING:  All records are posted in purpose made card envelopes with a stiffner.  The record is removed from the outer sleeve and put in another sleeve for extra protection and to avoid splitting the original sleeve in transport. More valuable record will be boxed for even greater protection.
