This is an LP by Sly & The Family Stone, entitled "There's A Riot Going On". It is on the Epic Record label # KE 30986, a 1971 Stereo release. I believe this is the first pressing of the LP. The record is VISUALLY graded in VG to possibly VG++ condition with few signs of wear. On the gate style cover, all the seams and spine are intact. The cover has normal minor edge and corner wear.
