Record Conditions: The vinyl record is like new, the facets of the record are flawless, clean and shiny as seen in the pictures.
Jacket Conditions: The gatefold jacket would be near mint if not slight corner bumps as seen in the pictures. The jacket covers are like new and is protected in a new outer plastic sleeve. Inside cover has slight yellowing. The 24-page full color picture book is also like new and is taped neatly in place. The record is kept in original paper-plastic sleeve (ref. pictures).
First-hand owner from smoke and pet free home. The record was rarely played.
