Upon receipt of your return, Durable Goods Resale will issue a credit (within 48 hours) covering the value of your returned item, less 20% restocking fee, and condition of returned item. To significantly increase the value of your return, item must be returned in original condition (new in package or open retail box if applicable) and match condition shown in ALL item listing photos. Durable Goods Resale reserves the right to reduce the value of your return by the maximum percentage allowed by eBay for an item returned damaged or in obviously used condition.

Proof of Purchase:

White 1” OD round serialized traceability sticker(s) will be attached to your item and will be clearly visible in photos. Proof of attached serialization sticker(s) to your purchased item is required when a return is processed. Please do not remove or alter any attached serialization sticker(s) as . To open an item sealed with a serialization sticker, carefully cut the sticker with a box cutter or sharp knife.
